General terms and conditions

1. Purpose

These terms and conditions define the rental rules for a furnished accommodation for short stays not exceeding 30 days.

Any booking implies full and unconditional acceptance of these terms by the guest.

2. Booking

The booking becomes final after:

• acceptance of the request by the owner;
• payment of the deposit or according to the payment terms below.

The owner reserves the right to refuse any incomplete or non-compliant booking.

3. Payment

Payment is made as follows:

• 50% of the total amount must be paid no later than 30 days before arrival;
• the remaining balance must be paid no later than 7 days before arrival.

In case of non-compliance, the owner reserves the right to cancel the booking without refund.

4. Cancellation and travel insurance

Any cancellation must be communicated in writing.

No refund will be issued regardless of the reason for cancellation.

Guests are advised to take out travel and/or cancellation insurance.

5. Length of stay

The stay is limited to a maximum of 30 days. Extension is not allowed without prior approval.

6. Use of the accommodation

The property is intended for temporary residential use only.

The number of guests must be respected. Subletting is not allowed.

7. Respect of the property

Guests agree to use the property responsibly and respect neighbourhood peace.

8. Arrival and departure

Check-in and check-out times will be communicated in advance.

9. Liability

The owner is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings.

10. Personal data

Data is processed in accordance with GDPR regulations and used only for reservation management.

11. Applicable law

Belgian law applies. Any disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the property’s location.

12. Damage and losses

Guests are responsible for any damage or loss during their stay and must cover repair or replacement costs.
